Do I need to be home, and do I have to move my car?
You don’t need to be home — most clients never see us. Park in the garage or at the top of the driveway if you can; a car left in the middle means we clear around it and you’re left with a snow island. Bring in trash bins, hoses and portable basketball hoops before the first snowfall, and flag anything low we might not spot under snow, like solar path lights or a septic lid.
